SORRY FULLY BOOKED. Waiheke’s pioneer settlers made their home here at the far end of the island. Now it is one of the island’s biggest and best bush reserves and owned by Forest & Bird. Only open once in a blue moon, F&B guides know the way even though you won’t see much of a track.
Bring a packed lunch. There is a special bus leaving from Matiatia 9.40am, $20 per person return.
