Friday 24th : Poderi Crisci Dinner
Straciatella: Creamy whipped organic Mozzarella with cherry tomato, garden Basil, garlic and Poderi Crisci Olive oil.
Carpaccio di Manzo: Herb smoked beef fillet carpaccio with tartare of garden vegatbles and truffle scented olive tapenade.
Complimentary Selection of Italian inspired breads and Poderi Crisci olive oil.
Gnocchi ai Ragu: Homemade potato gnocchi with rich slow braised lamb and beef ragu, red onion marmalade and reduction of cabernets with grana padana cheese
Ravioli Babarbietole: Freshly prepared ravioli of garden beetroot with cherry tomato basil Sauce, aged Parmesan cheese.
Agnello: Hawkes Bay lamb loin wrapped in pancetta with potato herb fan, macedonia of garden zucchini, garlic cream and Poderi Crisci “Viburno” jus.
Salmon: Crispy skin on South Island Salmon with cream of chickpeas and butter wilted garden spinach.
Tortino di Cioccolato: Molten centred chocolate fondant with fresh fruits and homemade fruit sorbet.
Semifreddo d’Amaretto: Disaronno Amaretto semifreddo with crème anglais and caramalised orange wheel.

Saturday 25th : Peacock Sky Dinner
Pumpkin Soup Pumpkin, ginger, coconut cream crème fraiche, handmade crackers Peacock Sky 2017 – Wine match Pinot Gris.
Seared NZ Salmon Arugula, radicchio, swiss- chard, garlic mint mash Peacock Sky 2016- Wine match Rose Pork Belly Edamame wasabi puree, fennel and mung beans, smoky chili drizzle Peacock Sky 2012 Wine match Merlot.
7 Layer Crepe cake mascarpone, blackberry and cocoa Peacock Sky 2016- Dessert wine finish.
