Overview
Forest bathing (or shinrin-yoku) is about how to immerse yourself in nature.

As you open your senses, you bridge the gap between yourself and the natural world. The effects can be profound. Join expert practioner Richard Margesson on a journey of connection.

Please note: While the guided walk will start at the bottom of McKenzie Reserve and end at the top of the Reserve, there is an easy path back down to the start point, for those who park at Enclosure Bay. Likewise for those who come by public bus, there is an easy path down to the start point from the bus stop.
