Overview
Join nature-loving Yoga teacher, Leadership and Mind Fitness Coach and Workplace Wellbeing advocate Mirjam Grayson for our serene and uplifting mindful Onetangi Sunrise to Summit walk.

As the day awakens, we’ll begin with gentle grounding and nourishing breathwork before setting off in peaceful silence through Onetangi’s hidden gem, Victoria Reserve, a lush native forest with beautiful Nikau palms. Get your heart rate up and your senses alive as we ascend the steps to Trig Hill, tuning in to breath, body and nature.  At the summit, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views into the city and towards Great Barrier island. Greet the rising sun with gentle, energizing movement, stretching and mindful breathwork led by Mirjam. With the sun now high and hearts full, connect with your fellow walkers as we journey back down to the golden sands of Onetangi Beach.

Optional: Dip in the sea at the end at Onetangi Beach, have breakfast at one of the restaurants in Onetangi (at your own cost) – or simply head to work feeling nurtured, refreshed and reinvigorated…!

This walk is graded 6 out of 10. This means the route can include unformed tracks, possibly narrow or muddy stretches and steep sections. Please choose walks you are comfortable with and if you are booking for others, check with them too. Thanks.

**Please arrive well-hydrated and bring a large bottle of water to drink en-route**.  Dehydration can seriously impact your health and enjoyment, particularly in hot and sunny conditions.

$10 walks:
All low-cost walks priced at $10 are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before booking, as no exceptions will be made.
